  Highly political. Not necessarily looking for the best teachers. They hire their friends. I worked in Woodbridge for 1 year and was bullied, talked about behind my back for no apparent reason, things said about me that were blatant lies. The administration is bad and unprofessional. The teachers are only "nice" to you if you are from Woodbridge Township. It's a dumb downed curriculum with little creativity. It is truly a shame b/c the kids are the victims and for the handful of teachers that are good and do truly care, they are in a bad district. (speaking from personal experience).
