  Appointment at 430pm? Have fun waiting until after 530 before they even see you. This place is pathetically run. This appointment was made Six. Months. In. Advance.

  I should have read the reviews before I came here. I called earlier this week to schedule an emergency appointment due to a horrible toothache. I was told to come in wednesday at 11AM. I arrived and sat for about an hour in a half. 1) I am assuming the receptionist doesn’t like her job because her attitude showed it all. 2) Just because I was considered a “walk in” that meant that people that got there 1-2 hours AFTER me got to cut me and see a doctor first?. How am I a walk in when I was told to be there wednesday at 11AM? I tried to ask the receptionist to please cancel any document I signed and my “appointment” but no one was at the front desk for about 30 minutes. I left a letter on the desk kindly asking to please cancel my “appointment”.

  !! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING TO THIS DENTAL OFFICE!! IF I COULD LEAVE -0 ☆ I WOULD!! POOR STAFF AND EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!! THE RECEPTIONISTS AND DENTISTS TREAT YOU LIKE YOUR GARBAGE. NO INFORMATION IS EXPLAINED TO YOU AS YOUR JUST A # TO THEM!! WILL REPORT THEM TO BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU OR THE CORRECT AUTHORITY!! MY HUSBAND WENT THERE TO GET DENTURES WHICH WAS TOLD WOULD TAKE 3 MONTHS AND TOOK OVER 7 MONTHS!! DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS DENTAL PLACE!! MAKE AN APPT AND WAIT OVER 2-4 HOURS WITH NO EXPLANATION... THEY ALWAYS OVERBOOK!! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE OR CARE IS GIVEN TO THE PATIENT. THE STAFF IS RUDE AND CONDESCENDING!! NO ONE IS ACCOUNTABLE FOR ANYTHING THAT GOES ON THERE!! THEY SHOULD JUST SHUT DOWN 1.6 STARS SAYS IT ALL AND EVEN THAT IS A JOKE RATING!! IF YOUR READING THIS YOU SHOULD BE WARNED... THIS PLACE REALLY IS EVEN WORSE THAN ALL REVIEWS ON HERE!!
