  While their decorations are certainly beautiful, and they seem to care a lot, on the day of the events, they didn't provide what was contracted for and they showed up to my wedding to set up decor at 6pm when the event itself was supposed to start at 6pm. So yeah not only did they not have enough time to complete the decor, but they made me lose 1 hour of rental time so I was forced to squeeze my 4 hr event into 3 hrs. Worst part is they refused to take responsibility for it. Basically, it's a hit or miss. If it's a miss, it can be a collosal miss given a wedding is a huge deal, not to mention expensive.
