  You get 1 star from me, let me just say this was my 5 year old sons first experience here and and also his LAST! First of all I felt like the woman at the counter was only as nice as she HAD to be , and then it just rolled down from there... As for the stylist that cut his hair.... I do not know where she learned, usually you greet a child and maybe even ask their names. My son told her 3 freaking times that the his neck was hurting from the clippers, she INSISTED that it was a tickle. My son has scratch marks on his neck so he wasn't lying, i took pictures. his hair is uneven in the back and cut square on one side and to a point on the other side of his face. Now what? There going to tell me to come in and they will fix it? or that they are sorry. Get another profession or come to where i live and pay my gas and time that I wasted to trust a stupid business like this to touch my kids head ! No way, and my cousins their friends and family have all had bad experiences here so Obviously we are never going back. kid friendly no...money hungry yes.
