    These people are crooks, don't be fooled. I purchased a car from them and purchased an extended warranty, GAP insurance and Tire and wheel protection. I had the car for a year and traded it in. The car was paid off in full. I also canceled the warranties and the GAP insurance. The warranty company verified that the warranties and GAP insurance were canceled and a refund was owed to me for a portion that wasn't used. I was promised a check from Elaine the Comptroller over a month ago. Now they wont pick up the phone when I call. So I drove to the physical location and Joey Castenada told me that he would look into it personally and that they can't cut me a check on the spot cause Jay Brichke the owner is not there to sign the check. Then I was told that they would call the police and have me physically removed from the building if I did not leave immediately. I followed up later in the day and they told me they were keeping my money and to file a small claims case. Great way to do business and the kicker is that I was a Salesman for Jay Brichke for years and made him hundreds of thousands of dollars. What a classy guy. Now I will simply get more in small claims court.

    The most honest, dependable father/son mechanics you could ever trust. PepBoys wanted $1800 for a blown head gasket. JAB discovered the over-heating engine was due to a locked front left brake! $180 and at 1.5 years later the car is wonderful! Geez! It's a 2002 Honda Civic with 206,000 miles on it!I can't say enough! TRUST THEM.
