  I was seen for a badly injured ankle. Dr told me to get a brace and I would be fine. I called back 3 weeks later to see about having an MRI because in that length of time my condition did not improve at all. I waited 5 days and nobody returned my call. So I politely called back again. It is now 2 weeks after my second call and still nobody has returned my call. Fortunately I saw a different practice who ordered an MRI and is now treating my extensive damage properly.
