  This is my loving dog daisy, the most loved companion for the past ten years. She was perfectly healthy and played as if she were a puppy every single day. I had purchased the insurance at Banfield Pet hospital and would take her there frequently for check ups, dental cleaning etc;. Then on Saturday, March 24th 2018, I took Daisy in for a dental cleaning.They called me in the morning previous to the exam to tell me that they ran the tests and tell me that Daisy was perfectly fine and healthy.. They kept calling me to convince to take one of Daisy's teeth out and as I was refusing, they continued to push and push until I said yes. Little did I know what was about to happen. Around two pm that afternoon, I get the worst the worst call of my life, my loving dog Daisy was pronounced dead. When going to pick her up, they simply said the vet was not there, and that the most they could do was autopsy the body and cremate her and give us her ashes. I did not want my dog's ashes I wanted my dog back. I have no respect for this facility and everyone should stay away. They did not offer me anything but the autopsy and the cremation of daisy they did not offer me a way to get another dog. They simply said that there was too much anesthesia given and they acted like it was not a big deal. Daisy was a big deal, she was a part of my family, not just a dog. She was the third child, the third sibling. I want other people to know to not bring their pets here. Daisy is not the only one who has died I have come to learn, this people are murdereres! STAY AWAY
