  There service was excellent Tom was very courteous and knowledgeable. There price was very reasonable. Being a first caller and hoping for the best they were very professional. Not expecting them to show up on the hottest day of the year. They were here when they said they would be and this proved to me that there are still businesses that care about us. Thanks again you have a customer that will not hesitate to call back.

  The WORST. Called 2 weeks ago when our a/c had an issue- they said they would call the following Monday to set an appointment. That Monday the guy calls me that he's going to be at my house in 5 minutes, no notice or appointment. Scheduled appointment for that Friday. Came out said the motor needs a part, charged over 100 and said he would order the part and call us Monday. Monday was a holiday so no call, fine, then Tuesday nothing- I called, woman in office said he would call back. All day Wednesday, nothing. Then she says the part still has to be located- still no call from the technician who was supposed to call. Woman was very rude- I asked for check back and will find someone else. She had the nerve to say that they can't be expected to call everyone back within 24 hours...hello but more than 24 hours have passed since Monday, and even yesterday when I called to follow-up. Very unprofessional. Only call if you like to wait with no follow-up and zero professionalism.
