  Normally I don't feel to give feedback but today it’s made me to write feedback about my apartment (Ever Green Forest), I have moved to this apartment 2 month ago but recent rain there is heavy Rain water leakage in Hall window which messed up entire floor carpet in hall and it took week time to clean and smell goes off, and again after week rain started the scenario repeated. When I called the Maintenance no response, after made 7 calls they came to apartment they told its contractor issue and don't know when it can be fix? their answer is ridicules. Not sure what I need to do further, will they going to fix or I need to live for rest of lease period. And the worst part is lease policy is not clearly defined in lease agreement but they saying its defined in website. Majority of the business is from Non-immigrants so they not taking serious in action
  Suggestion: if anyone looking for apartment in Forest view, Evergreen forest, Evergreen east (Middlesex management) better look different community.
